East Coast Bound
As many of you already know, I will be traveling to NYC tomorrow for the dump.fm/IRL exhibition and residency. The exhibition is at 319 Scholes in Brooklyn and is curated by Lindsay Howard. The show opens on Friday and concludes next Saturday with a humongous party that will be hyperlinked to Mexico City. How 21st Century is that? Lindsay and Ryder Ripps (dump's creator) have lots planned for the week that will be up that alley, so expect reports of goodness and weirdness. I will be in the city from tomorrow until Nov. 1, working on projects etc. and most likely updating here with pictures and amusing anecdotes. If you're one of my net buddies and you live in the area, shoot me an email and maybe we can get lunch or something.
In unrelated news, one of my designs is a finalist in Hyperallergic's T-shirt contest! If you haven't read Hyperallergic before, you come for the snark and stay for the relevancy. I'd appreciate any votes (one per day) that my Internet neighbors would be willing to share.
Lastly, I'm still looking for participants in the Human Kibble Winter 2010 Catalog...If you've thought about contributing and hesitated, go ahead and email me. This is not meant to be a big project to stress yourself out about, it's just a fun thing to do, and the cutoff date doesn't really mean much. Human Kibble defines itself based on your input, so give it a shot!

I voted for your t-shirt! (And was thankful yours wasn't the one with an obscenity on it.)

... Lucky you, getting to hang out in NYC for so long. Be sure to look at lots of stuff and maybe post some things on the blog about what you see. I'm itching to get back there and look at things properly. My first visit was too brief, and I only went to the Guggenheim.
